No, unfortunately it is not possible to order from HARDELÔT by phone or email.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will issue a corrected invoice. The outstanding amount will then be refunded using the payment method you selected.

We only accept returns of items that you have purchased in the HARDELÔT online shop. Items that were not purchased through our online shop must be returned directly to the relevant store. The relevant receipt is essential for this.

You can return your ordered items within 14 days.

We will process your return as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received and checked it, we will issue a corrected invoice and refund the value of the goods using the payment method you selected when ordering.
