A. Right of Withdrawal Instruction
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as follows, whereby “consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to his or her commercial nor independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.
It is sufficient for the withdrawal period if you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The period is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which production is determined by the consumer’s individual choice or specification or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract lie outside the European Union.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please do not return the goods to us without postage prepayment.
- Please note that the above points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
